2. Nature of Services

We operate as an authorized reseller of digital SSL/TLS certificate products issued by independent Certificate Authorities (“CAs”).
We do not issue certificates ourselves. All certificates are subject to validation and approval by the respective CA.

3. Digital Product Delivery

• SSL/TLS certificates are digital products.
• Delivery occurs electronically after successful validation by the Certificate Authority.
• Issuance timelines depend on the validation level (DV, OV, EV).
• Once issued, certificates are considered activated and unique to the customer.
• All sales processed through this website are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Purchases are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms & Conditions, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during order and validation.
• Respond promptly to CA validation emails or verification requests.
• Ensure domain ownership/control during validation.
• Maintain the security of private keys and CSR files.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be completed before certificate processing begins.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated into our checkout system.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

• Refunds may be available before certificate issuance.
• Certificates that have been issued are generally non-refundable.
• All refund decisions are made directly by ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Certificate Authorities.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

9. Third-Party Services

Certificate issuance and validation are handled by independent Certificate Authorities.
We are not responsible for CA policy decisions or validation outcomes.

10. Compliance

We comply with applicable U.S. laws and relevant consumer protection regulations.
Customers agree not to use SSL certificates for unlawful activities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

• Fraud is suspected
• Validation requirements are not met
• Information provided is inaccurate
• Use violates applicable law or CA policies

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published on this page.
