  • We sell only products that are sourced from recognized upstream providers and/or Certificate Authorities (CAs).
  • We are not an open marketplace.
  • We do not allow third-party sellers to independently list or sell products on our website.

Product Sourcing & Authorization

  • SSL certificates are sourced from authorized Certificate Authorities (CAs) or official upstream providers.
  • We maintain valid reseller agreements and/or authorizations with recognized SSL providers.
  • Products are verified for legitimacy and compliance before being listed.

No Third-Party Merchant Onboarding

We do not onboard external merchants, vendors, or partners to sell products via our platform.
All products and services are directly managed and controlled by Elite Software Solution Inc.

Product Review & Compliance

  • Verification of authorization, licensing, and product legitimacy (as applicable).
  • Review of product descriptions, pricing transparency, and customer disclosures.
  • Ongoing monitoring for policy violations, fraud indicators, and chargeback risk.

Customer Onboarding

Customers purchase SSL/TLS certificates directly from our website. During checkout and validation:

  • Customers provide accurate domain and organization details required for certificate validation.
  • Certificate issuance is performed by third-party CAs after successful validation.
  • We provide support to guide customers through issuance and installation steps.

Payment Orchestration (PO) Model

Where applicable, we may be onboarded under a Payment Orchestration model.
This means we use approved payment partners/processors to facilitate transactions, while we remain responsible for
customer support, fulfillment, refunds (as per our Refund Policy), and dispute handling.

Recordkeeping & Audits

  • We maintain internal records of orders, validation status, support tickets, and refunds.
  • We cooperate with payment partners and regulators for legitimate compliance requests.
  • We apply data minimization and protect customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
